For sale is a very cute vintage Cabbage Patch Kids Winter Holly Garden Fairies fairy doll by Mattel.
The measurement of the doll is given on the box as being 7 and 3/4 inches, so this doll is on the small side.
The doll has not been removed from the box. The box does show wear to it, however and has the remnants of a price sticker on the bottom of the box.
