Description

For sale is a Vintage Native American Green Turquoise multi stone Necklace on a silver bead chain.

This is an older necklace with exquisite green stones.

There is some variation in the colors of the stones. The color of the stones are not perfectly matched. They do blend well and compliment each other beautifully however.

This necklace is large and heavy.

This necklace really is a show stopper on.

I wore it about three times, and people always complimented it. It is a heavy necklace, and feels heavy while on.

The chain measures approximately inches 20 long from end to end, not including the drop.

The two main stones, one of which is the dangle stone measure approximately 3 inches long.

There are a few stones with hairline cracks in them. Some of the cracks appear to have been in the stones when the necklace was made, as they are polished over.

There is one stone that does have a hairline crack in it that appears to have happened after the necklace was made.

One the left hand side of the necklace, the first stone closest to the drop has a hairline crack and a small triangular chip out of it on the left hand edge of the stone. The stone is not loose in the setting, however.

The third stone on the left hand side has what look like one or two hairline cracks in the stone that were polished over.

The fourth stone on the left hand sides has a line that looks like it could either be a natural fissure line that was in the stone when the necklace was made and was polished over, which is what I tend to believe it is, or it could possibly have been a hairline crack that was polished over.

It does appear that the bead strand is slightly more loose on one side than the other, on the sides flanking the center stone. This can be seen in the photo. Perhaps this can be corrected by a jeweler.

This necklace has no markings on it at all. It is not marked sterling or .925.

It was sold to me as sterling silver, and certainly does appear to be that.

This necklace will be sent with signature confirmation and insured for the full value of it.
